Perimeter Fence Maintenance Information
Stain
to be used on the interior of the fence
Color
Natural Tone Cedar, Paint No. AG 8319
Diamond Vogel Paint

-
Place
edging approximately 6" inside of fence to hold rock away from the fence. Do not
place rock directly up to the fence. If you are on a slope the rocks seem to
slip and push on the exterior fence which puts pressure on the wood slats.
-
For
easy trimming, grass should be held back twelve (12) inches from the fence.
-
Evergreens should be planted a minimum of four (4) feet from the fence to allow
for mature growth.
-
Large
Evergreens should be planted a minimum of five (5) to six (6) feet from the
fence to allow for mature growth.
-
Large
Deciduous trees should be planted a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) feet from
the fence.
Please
take into consideration the mature growth of your plantings five to ten years
from now and allow plenty of room so they will not grow into the fence area.

start of construction.
Fence assessments were due on October 12, 2004.
Fence construction will start December 1, 2004. The construction will be in 3
phases:
|
 | Phase I - Holly and Kettle |
 | Phase II - Dry Creek and Jersey |
